Thanks for the post. As per usual, I love hearing/reading all your posts.
You are truly inspiring and full of suggestions, thoughts, and tips.
Some if my favorite things about 2023...
1. Spending time with my family
2. My crazy fur kids
3. Having good health, a hone, good music, a good book
4. Nicholberry posts. Seeing these sweet babies grow, change, development everyday is a huge highlight. You knowledge regarding how you care for them. Their mommas and their dedication. And of course.. Auntie Harper!! And Rufus.
I should have included good health in my list, as I am acutely aware of just what a gift that is. Too many people we know and love who are battling cancer and other illnesses. It's part of the reason my podcast list is filled with wellness content like Huberman and Peter Attia - they've taught me so much!
It's the littlest thing we take for granted that can have the biggest impact when it's gone. Being greatfull fir a least one thing every single day...big or small....And looking for one positive daily can change our lives. I know it changed mine. ❤️
It IS! I wish I had known that my fears of the empty nest were unfounded. I am enjoying these years with my young adult children every bit as much as the years of their childhood!
It has been so helpful for our family! Especially understanding where we go in strength/weakness. (And I often observe the puppies and think about how I'd create a puppy Enneagram. LOL.)

Spending time with my adult children is by far my favorite thing. I always say - it’s good for my soul.

No wonder I feel so drawn to you and your work, Kerry! I, too, am an Enneatype 5. 😊
And, of course, a dedicated dog mom, eager to continue learning from you. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! 🙏
Hello fellow five! You understand my penchant for rabbit holes in an entirely different way. LOL.
Oh wow you know about the enneagram! I found it such an empowering tool. I’m a 1!!
