I have seen so much change in the last 15 years as it relates to bringing dogs and puppies into our country. The goal is to prevent the re-introduction of dog rabies into the United States, which was considered eliminated in 2007 (that is, the canine rabies virus variant is no longer in circulation in the United States1). So I understand. But it is odd to think about how differently things would have been if the current rules had always been the rules. Starting with Moses.
